MediFresh requires all clients to complete a "Good Faith" Exam with licensed providers prior to any appointments. This is in compliance with Pennsylvania law governing Medical procedures.
Medifresh also requires a 50$ deposit for all appointments. This will be applied to your final total, and is forfeit if the client is no call/no show.
Appointments will be rescheduled ONE time, and this must be done a minimum of 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
no call/no show clients will not receive a refund of their deposit. More than one no call/no show will result in requiring a deposit for ALL future appointments regardless of procedure type.
All Med Spa procedures have inherent risks related to use of needles, infection when not following recommended after care instructions, and potential allergic reactions.
Abusive behavior towards Nurse Injectors will not be tolerated. Assault on a healthcare worker is a felony charge in the state of Pennsylvania
